Start to walk or run for enjoyment, not out of stress that your body will fall apart if you don’t exercise it. Start to eat healthily and give your body the fruits, veggies, and vitamins it has to be vital and powerful, but most significantly change these attitudes and beliefs which are stripping you of their natural energy and confidence that is your heritage.
